Starting point

The organisation runs regular events and communicates through social media, WhatsApp and newsletters. Each channel was handled separately and by hand, often at short notice. The messages overlapped in substance but had to be rewritten for every format. For an organisation largely run by volunteers, that was a lot of time.

Solution

Now a monthly brief with upcoming events and key messages is all it takes. AI turns it into channel-specific copy in the organisation's familiar voice. Social posts arrive as drafts in Meta Business Suite, the newsletter as a draft in Brevo, and the WhatsApp messages are ready to send. The team reviews, adjusts and approves.

Implementation

We created a brief template that collects all the required information in a structured way. Each channel has its own instructions for the AI, covering length, tone and examples from previous posts. The automation hands the results to Meta Business Suite and Brevo and creates drafts there. Publishing deliberately only happens after human approval.
