The interface of a business web app with customer management, invoices, workflow runs and charts, all based on sample data.

This project is a concept we built to show what is possible – not a client engagement.

Starting point

Many businesses run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, inboxes and single-purpose tools. Anyone who needs an overview of customers, open invoices or running automations has to piece it together by hand. Founders with a product idea face the question of what a good interface for it should look like. A clickable prototype helps test ideas early and win over investors.

Solution

Klarbord shows what a clean business application can look like. Customers, invoices and workflow runs each have their own area with search, filters and status indicators. Charts summarise the key trends on a dashboard. All figures in the demo are sample data.

Implementation

The demo is built as a static website with Astro, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. In the demo, the app runs on locally stored sample data without login. For a real product, we would add a backend with a database, user management and permissions. Workflow runs could come from n8n and customer data from a CRM such as GoHighLevel, turning Klarbord into the central overview.
