Travellers to Thailand have to complete an arrival card before entering the country. Many are unsure what information is required and want to avoid mistakes. The provider wanted to offer a clear, helpful assistance service online. That called for a trustworthy website with a secure payment flow.

Solution

We built a website that guides travellers through every required detail, step by step. Inputs are checked on the spot, so incomplete applications never get submitted. After payment, the customer receives an email confirmation and the team can process the application. The site makes it clear that this is an assistance service.

Implementation

The application form mirrors the government portal field for field so the operations team can transcribe without translating between layouts; dependent dropdowns draw on Thailand’s full administrative dataset (77 provinces, 928 districts, 7,436 sub-districts) with automatic postcode lookup. Up to ten travellers fit on one booking. The site runs in 21 languages from one codebase with indexable URLs and hreflang, including right-to-left Arabic. Payment goes through a pluggable layer (Stripe or Payoneer); nothing reaches the work queue until payment clears. An operations dashboard sorts applications by filing deadline, offers a one-click transcription block in portal order, signed links for passport images, CSV export and a full audit trail. Signed, retried webhooks into Make.com feed Sheets and Drive. The application is built with Python and Flask. The multi-step form saves progress so nobody has to start over after a mistake. Payments run through a payment provider, and only a successful payment triggers further processing. The pages are optimised for smartphones because many travellers book on the go.
