Automated wholesale onboarding for a skincare brand

The brand sells not only to consumers but also to salons and retailers. Wholesale applications came in through forms and were tracked via email and spreadsheets. Unlocking wholesale pricing in the shop was a manual step that was easy to forget. New partners ended up waiting longer than necessary.

Solution

Every application now flows automatically into a dedicated GoHighLevel pipeline. The team sees at a glance which applications are open, under review or approved. Once approved, the customer automatically receives the right tag in Shopify and with it access to wholesale pricing. The customer is kept informed by email at every step.

Implementation

We designed the application form to collect everything needed for the review up front. In GoHighLevel, we set up the pipeline stages and the related workflows. An integration adds the tag to the Shopify customer account as soon as the application moves to "Approved". Automated emails confirm receipt and approval.
