Which platform do you recommend?
It depends on the use case: Brevo is a solid EU provider for many SMBs, Klaviyo is strong for online shops, Mailchimp is widespread and easy, and MailWizz makes sense for high volumes on your own server. We recommend based on your needs, not on commissions.
Will consent records get lost in the move?
No. We carry over consent data such as timestamp and source wherever the old tool exports it, and we document the migration.
What does self-hosted MailWizz mean?
MailWizz runs on your own server and sends through an SMTP service such as Amazon SES. At high volumes this is often cheaper, but it needs maintenance, which we can take on for you.
